At Jawhara Jewellery, we want you to treasure your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your eligible items within 14 days of receipt. All returned jewellery must be in its original, unworn condition with the security tag intact and accompanied by the authenticity certificate.

Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization Number.
Secure Packaging
Place the jewellery in its original Jawhara presentation box and pack it securely inside a shipping carton along with all original documentation.

Schedule a convenient time for our courier partner to collect the package from your doorstep at no additional shipping cost to you.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our gemologists verify the item's condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
